What are your experiences with Mortgage Brokers? good or bad? and why? I have been told you can get a lower interest rate through a broker and it would be higher through any bank? true?? Any info would be very helpful? ------

You must know that the bank rate will be higher as they want the interest earned on a loan. The broker/ banker wants the better rate. Now there is a trade off. Broker higher closing fees. Bank less closing fees. But, when some one does the math over the term of the loan the broker is the better deal in almost every case.I am a mortgage banker in TN&KY ------
